Most couples sessions involve both partners meeting together. We'll spend time understanding what brings you in, identifying the patterns that keep showing up, and working toward healthier ways of communicating and connecting. At times, I may recommend meeting individually for a session or two if it would benefit the work, but couples therapy is primarily a shared process focused on helping you better understand each other rather than deciding who's right or wrong.
